We will continue issuing all policy documentation electronically via email to our members. Again, if you do require a paper copy of your documents these will be provided to you at a later date when our usual business operations are permitted to be resumed.
We are actively encouraging where possible to make premium and deductible payments through our online payment portal.

Safer at Home, Connecting Virtually
Following the “Safer at home” order and guidelines that became effective today, Lawyers’ Mutual will be extending our ‘Virtual Office’ protocols tentatively until April 20th, 2020.
As previously advised, our day to day operations will continue in line with our Business Continuity Plan, with usual business operating hours from Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Please note during this period we will be issuing all policy documentation electronically via email to our Members. If you do require a paper copy of your documents these will be provided to you at a later date when our usual business operations are permitted to be resumed.
We would like to further remind you that for your convenience we accept electronic payments for premiums and deductibles via our Payment Portal.

Out of office but not out of work

Our Burbank office facility will be temporarily closed until Monday March 30th, 2020 unless otherwise advised.
However, rest assured our day to day operations will continue in line with our Business Continuity Plan on a virtual office basis, with usual business operating hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday.
Our intention is to maintain the highest quality of service levels to our members throughout this period of uncertainty. Our teams will endeavor to serve your requirements, answer questions and assist you as efficiently as possible.
