During this season of holiday cheer, it is important to take the time to replenish your well-being with strategies for maintaining your mental health.
- Make a list and check it twice: Create a to-do list for your personal and work errands. Set some achievable personal and professional goals.
- Set realistic expectations: Break tasks into small goals and don’t bite off more than you can chew. Ask for help.
- Take time for yourself: A few minutes to yourself can give you the push you need to feel rejuvenated and get through the day. Bake yourself some cookies!
Whatever it is, try not to sweat the small stuff. Remember that the holidays are supposed to be fun, so don’t let the little things ruin your holiday cheer.
Finally, please note that our office will be closed on December 25th and 26th and reopens on December 27th with normal business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM.
