The coverage afforded through the Association Referral Service Program is offered to the solo practitioner and provides coverage for claims arising out of cases referred to you by participating LMIC-approved Lawyer Referral Services on or after the effective date of the policy. This policy complies with the California State Bar's Minimum Standards that require all Lawyer Referral Service members to provide evidence of insurance as a condition of membership.
Upon approval and issuance, this no prior acts policy will
provide limits of liability in the amount of $100,000 per claim/$300,000
per annual aggregate, and a $1,000 deductible covering claims
arising out of cases referred to you by your participating Bar
Association Referral Service on or after the effective date of
the policy.**
