2009 Dividend Declared
Your Board has voted to issue a Dividend to all Policyholders of record as of November 1, 2009, who paid a premium for a one-year Policy with an effective date between November 1, 2007 and October 31, 2008, in the amount of 8% of the total premium paid by the policyholder on said policy.
